Spring is arriving slowly in Northern Michigan and so are the new listings. The real estate market in Northern Michigan is stabilizing from its previous red-hot state, transitioning toward a more balanced, yet still competitive market. While high-end waterfront demand remains strong, entry level homes under $350K are in high demand and sell quickly. It is unlikely interest rate will come down soon. So, the big question is whether it's the right time for you to buy. That's why it's' important to contact Real Estate Lawyers, who are Realtors and Lawyers, who are familiar with real estate market and can guide you to writing a winning offer and get you possession of your dream retreat. Do your research as to where you would like to be and then contact us. Use Zillow, Realtors .com or other online real estate databases to get an idea of prices in the area you like.
