In some situations, buyers have already found their real estate and will retain the services of REL to prepare their purchase agreement and begin the negotiation process for the purchase of their real estate.

Once a property is found you would like to see, REL will schedule the showing and show you the property. Once you decide to purchase a property, a REL attorney will begin preparing your Purchase Agreement with you and will continue to negotiate on your behalf for the real estate you seek at the price you want.  Your purchase agreement is the most important document of your real estate transaction as it dictates the end results such as price, possession, reimbursement, property taxes, and other issues involving the property.

Once a final Purchase Agreement is entered between the buyer and the seller, a REL attorney will follow up and carry through any contingencies of the transaction.  The REL attorney will also review the title work and prepare the matter for closing.

Next, a REL attorney will attend the closing with you to assure that you obtain proper title and possession of your property and all contingencies are met according to the Purchase Agreement.
