You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and a REL representative will contact you after receipt.  From there, a REL representative will assist you in either your search for your desired real estate or listing your property.  In some situations, buyers have already found their real estate and will retain the services of REL to begin the negotiations for the purchase of their real estate.

 If you are a buyer, once your property is found, a REL attorney will begin preparing your Purchase Agreement with you and will continue to negotiate on your behalf for the real estate you seek at the price you deserve.  This is one of the most important phases of your real estate purchase as there are many questions during this phase of which answers will directly relate to the end result of your purchase.  This includes purchase price, possession, reimbursement, personal property taxes, and other issues involving the property.

Once a final Purchase Agreement is entered between the buyer and the seller, a REL attorney will follow up and carry through any contingencies of the transaction.  The REL attorney will also review the title work and prepare the matter for closing.

Next, a REL attorney will attend the closing with you to assure that you obtain proper title and possession of your real estate and all contingencies are met according to the Purchase Agreement.

Finally, a REL attorney will complete your transaction by assuring the title insurance has been provided and you have possession of your new property according to the purchase agreement.
