We’ll contact you to discuss your objectives and get you signed up. Some buyers have already found their property and retain REL to prepare the purchase agreement and negotiate.

  1. Showing

    When you find a property you want to see, REL schedules and conducts the showing.

  2. Purchase agreement

    A REL attorney prepares your purchase agreement and negotiates on your behalf. This is the most important phase; the agreement dictates price, possession, reimbursement, property taxes, and other issues.

  3. Contingencies and title

    Once the agreement is signed, a REL attorney follows through on contingencies, reviews the title work, and prepares for closing.

  4. Closing

    A REL attorney attends closing with you to ensure proper title and possession and that all contingencies are met.

  5. Completion

    REL confirms title insurance is in place and you have possession per the agreement.
